/ On : 21.08/ Thank you for visiting my small blog here.

Two members of the military officers who served in Central Aceh became defendant’s alleged possession of protected wildlife laws. The defendant has the initials JR mentioned Tiger and Bears and the defendant has the initials R Tigers .
They are currently on trial in the Supreme Military / Aceh Military Court . Acting as the Military Judge Advocate , Major Sus Saifuddin R for JR and Major Uj defendant Kuswara as trial counsel for defendant R. Military Hear both continued on Thursday ( 24/10 ) by presenting witnesses and evidence from both cases . Oditor Major Sus Saifuddin R delivered , protected wildlife are supposed to be a concern and shared responsibility in the effort to preserve and be learning for military members in particular and society in general .

Major Oditor Uj Kuswara asserted , multi-stakeholder synergy needed in the enforcement of Law No. 5 of 1990 on Conservation of Natural Resources and Ecosystems . While activists Orangutan Aceh , the trial judge is a gap in the enforcement of Law No. 5 1990.
The trial is a bright spot for wildlife protection in Aceh , and I hope that BKSDA Aceh, TNI dare imitate the seriousness of wildlife protection in Aceh . " I appreciate to  Aceh Military Court . In addition to this trial , there is no case that went to court -related violation of Law. 5 of 1990 , especially for actors outside of the military unit . Because  this important trial and hope the law enforcement indiscriminately , " said Ratno Sugito , Activists Forum Orangutan Aceh ( FORA ) . Many Cases According to him , there are many other cases that have not been riding trials and seemed to evaporate .

Such ownership Orangutans recently seized by BKSDA Aceh , not a single case that went to court .
As for the case of Orangutan the named “Pongky “and some time ago seized from police officers on duty at the Tamiang Police Station  and Orang named the “Manohara" were seized from corrupt civil servants , such as forgotten this case." I hope that law enforcement related to the preservation of wildlife indiscriminately , whoever the suspect , the legal process must run with hope of a deterrent effect and be an example for others , " he said .

According to the FORA , the past ten years there has been no associated file ownership of wildlife , especially orangutans into the realm of law , even if there is only one or two cases and strangely when viewed from the amount included in the Orangutan Quarantine in Sibolangit , 60 percent of perpetrators maintain it illegally from corrupt government employee ( rogue civil servants, military / police ) ." This trial is a bright spot for wildlife protection in Aceh and Aceh BKSDA I hope that dare imitate the seriousness of the military protection of wildlife , " he hoped Ratno Sugito said
